Adventures in Urbanism: Lima Boom" adlı konuşması saat 18:00’de 109 nolu

Dr.
Samer Bagaeen is Associate Professor of TownPlanning at the University of
Brighton on the south coast of England. Hestudied architecture at the Bartlett
during the reign of Peter Cook and went onto complete his postgraduate
education at University College London with aMaster of Science in Architecture
and a Doctorate in Planning Studies. He is aChartered Town Planner and a member
of the Royal Town Planning InstituteInternational Committee. He isalso a member of the Policy Council of the
Town and Country PlanningAssociation, the UK’s oldest town planning
organisation founded in 1899. He isa named Biographee in both the 2012 and 2011
Editions of Marquis Who’s Who in the World (29th and 28th Editions) for
‘outstandingachievement and contribution to the betterment of contemporary
society’. He co-edited Gated
Communities: Social Sustainabilityin Contemporary and Historical Gated
Developments (Routledge, 2010) and contributed to Dimensions of the sustainable
city (Springer, 2010). He has worked inJordan, Jerusalem, Spain and written
extensively on urbanism in Dubai.
